Common Business Conditions

Inland we deliver on invoice and choose the cheapest way for you (letter-rate item, book- or parcel-post). Orders of more than € 70,- are delivered charge-free. Necessary additional supplies are of course free of charge.

In case of payment with credit card or by direct bank debit the delivery is free if the amount is at least € 50,-. In case of payment with credit card, please let us know the number of your credit card as well as the date of expiry. Deliveries abroad are made only by payment with credit card.
Deliveries into non-European countries are carried out at order value of € 50,- minimum. In case of deliveries abroad the dispatch charges are calculated anyway.

You have the right to revoke the contract within 14 days after receipt without recommendation of reasons. To maintain the time-limit the revocation has to be in time. You will find further information in the www, referring to § 355 BGB.

Audio-CDs, videos and software are excluded of revocation (provided that the supplied storage media is unsealed by the customer) as well as newspapers and journals. If you do use your legal withdrawal right, you have to bear the costs of sending back up to a value of € 40,- by yourself. The returnation must contain a copy of the invoice. Postal charges to be paid by us will be reimbursed or credited to your customer account. We don´t accept unstamped mailings or parcels.

These delivery and payment conditions are valid since 01.01.2004.

Error, price changes and possibilities of supply are subjects to reservation.
